We’re looking for a Customer Success Lead with a strong background in audit or accounting advisory (Manager/Senior Manager level). This is not a “leave accounting behind” role - you should genuinely love financial reporting and want to elevate it for thousands of professionals. You’ll partner directly with our customers to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion, while also shaping our product through your accounting expertise.
This role is ideal for someone who has managed complex audits or accounting advisory projects, built deep relationships with clients, and knows what “great” financial reporting looks like. You’ll translate that expertise into customer success - driving value, enabling adoption, and creating champions.
